Water Weight!
Everyone knows how its so good for you to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I heard that often thirst is mistaken for hunger. Having tried and failed to do this before, this time I was determined! I found that it was less of a chore when I just always carried a bottle of water around with me and kept filling it up. Drinking water can fill us up without the calories and flushes out the system, aswell as being good for the skin! The benefits are endless!
