Don't worry you can still Gobble!
Keeping the weight off at uni can be very hard with all the drinking....get on the TONIC! Its not as bad as it sounds, by just replacing coke or lemonade with tonic water means that you get rid of a lot of the sugar, but keep the alcohol, I told you it wasn't all bad!
Fat contains 9 calories per gram and alcohol follows closely behind with 7 calories per gram. So to keep the social life and weight steady exercise needs to be part of the package. Nothing too hardcore, just a fitness class or swim a couple of times a week, or if the funds are running low, a run!

I usually drink vodka and coke on a night out and noticed weight gain, but now im going to try vodka and tonic.
ReplyDeleteYeh it’s hard to stay healthy at uni, I have joined a sports team as it keeps me active and the banter is great, its very easy to get into a lazy habits! I normally drink vodka red bulls when im out so il give the tonic a go see if it helps!
